Our Lead Coach is no other than the country’s top family and relationship expert, Ms. Isabel “Maribel” Sison Dionisio. She’s a top parenting and relationship consultant for over 25 years. She was a weekly Relationship Expert consultant for Radyo Singko’s Relasyon (noontime program) for 5 years. She was a weekly parenting expert for ABS-CBN’s Umagang Kay Ganda for 3 years (2008-2011). She’s invited regularly by DZMM, CNN Philippines, TV5 and GMA- 7.

She also co-authored 4 parenting books, like Helping our Children do Well in School, Growing Up Wired and 3 relationship books, including Thinking of Marriage. She set-up The Love Institute in 2008.

She worked at the Center for Family Ministries (CEFAM) for 14 years under the mentorship of Fr. Ruben Tanseco, SJ. She was trained in 2009 as an Imago Therapist of the Imago Relationships International, New York USA. She’s happily married (more often than not!) for 36 years to Dr. Allan, a Toxicologist and Family Medicine Specialist. They have 3 grown up children Rafael, David and Angelica

Aiza is a parenting and relationship consultant for the Love Institute since 2012. She took the Professional Diploma Course on Family Ministries at the Center for Family Ministries, Atendeo de Manila.

She’s a weekly relationship expert for Radyo Singko’s Relasyon noontime program (2012-present), regularly invited by DZMM, CNN and GMA 7.

Members of the Couples for Christ group and the Family and Life Ministry, conducting Pre-Cana seminars at Our Lady of the Abandoned parish in Marikin. She’s a devoted wife for 19 years to Atty. Randall and proud mom of Rocio 13 and Roman, 11.

MR. JUANITO “DAN” CABALLES

Dan is a fulltime Seminar-Workshop Trainor and Facilitator on transformational and self-awareness. He’s involved in parenting and marriage preparation as well as non-adversarial conflict resolution advocacies. He’s a proud member of the “Love Team” of the Love Institute giving relationship and parenting talks since 2010.

He’s a certified mediator, giving mediation training to public and private organizations nationwide. He took the Professional Diploma in Family Ministry at Ateneo de Manila. He’s married to Nabelle for 33 years and have been involved in the Marriage Encounter movement for the past 26 years. He has 3 grown up children, Ana, a physician, Fidz, a physician, and Angela, a registered nurse and is also a grandfather of 2 little girls.

I learned all about these because I was a stay-at-home mom and I wanted to be the best parent I could be for my 2 year old and newborn sons. There was no degree course on parenting at that time so I took many short courses, and eventually took a Master’s Degree in Family Ministry. I integrated all these knowledge into a system that works. It has helped thousands of families and it can work for your family too.

It’s really about aligning yourself with the best parenting practices that produce caring, confident, and responsible children who do well when they grow up. Teaching these best practices has become my mission

I have 3 children who are a blessing to me and my husband, Allan, but each child presented their own set of parenting challenges. Raf, our eldest, as a toddler, wanted to play with toys instead of eating…so how to make him eat was a problem! He was underweight !!! As a school-age boy, Raf wanted to play basketball instead of studying! And his grades were going down from the 90’s to low 80’s !

I learned about the parenting framework, and techniques on how to be a democratic parent. I learned that giving time to each child everyday will help in knowing their uniqueness. I learned that forcing my children was not going to work, but rather knowing his passions helped me enter their world. They graduated with flying colors… while continuing their passions.

I went from experimenting, trial and error parenting to becoming a confident parent, equipped with knowledge and skills

I eventually put all these lessons together to create the parenting paradigm that I call CONSCIOUS and DELIBERATE PARENTING. Parenting with a heart, and parenting with humility.

If there’s one thing we need to develop in this 21st century, it’s A COMMUNITY of CONSCIOUS and DELIBERATE parents who are effective in bringing up their children and whose children love them for it.

That’s been my focus from the past 25 years. Most parents think that love is enough and effective parenting will come naturally. For the majority of parents, education is very crucial to bringing out the best in each child, harnessing their strengths and helping them work on their weaknesses without negativity. There is no bad parent, there are uninformed parents.

I have worked with parents who are CEOs, single moms, Christians, Muslims, separated families, parents with young kids, difficult kids, teenage kids—even problematic adult kids!
